The rooms for the amount that was paid needs to be updated and could be better. Old run down furnitu Room updated for the price. Add a microwave for Suites. Properly shampoo and clean rooms update the room furniture There was no free breakfast that was given to us. The rooms were outdated old furniture and smoked detector kept beeping.
Bad The room is old (Sky Tower). The hardware was falling apart. The tables and drawers had sticky residue all over. The cleaning staff threw away our items thinking we checked out. We extended our stay and they didn't communicate that to the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff failed to follow their protocol of bagging everything and putting it in lost and found. Fair Very outdated and falling apart Location
Challenging! Handicap - in the Sky Tower was challenging best. Friday assistance was non-existent. Sunday morning @ check out.. Patrick @ the Bell Desk was very helpful! The room had comfortable beds!

L hôtel n assure JAMAIS les réservations de booking selon la réception de l hôtel. La chambre réservée via booking n a pas été honorée lors de l arrivée et en plus nous avons été placé dans un bâtiment annexe du circus.
