Fair the elevators location
Older hotel, with comfortable beds but the check-in process is a pain & they try and upsell you. The check in process is ridiculous! You stand in long lines and then put your information into a machine that then assigns you a room. If you're lucky enough to talk to a person they try and upscale you to a better room. Parking is across the street and far from the rooms. Bad Asking if I was disabled since we complained about the bed and checking out a day early and seeing my wifes service dog. It is against the law to ask and we will be talking with ADA. Staff needs to be more open when offering a upgrade. We had only so much to spend. The hotel and it's staff was a total disappointment we will Never stay here again. You use deceptive practices. Very Poor Manager rose was very rude and unprofessional. Walked away in tbe middle of my sentence. Worst experience ever
It was decent. But not worth $800 The hallways were hot, dirty, and over crowded How close it was to Hot August Nights
