Disappointing
Fair very nice friendly customer service. room was clean. the beds were comfortable. ice machine was nearby. and checking out of my room was super simple.
Fair We stayed in the sky tower it's a lot of walking please remember that if you're going to stay in the Sky Tower the rooms are nice they are all right nothing too fancy no room service:-(
Very Poor
Not overly impressed Our room wasn't the cleanest, there were chew pouches on floor next to side table, the shower was covered in hair and would barely drain. We also requested a king size bed but got queens. When I called the operator about the beds she said I'd have to walk back down stairs which we were the farthest from to get an answer. The check in staff was very friendly
Disappointing
It was what we paided for Circus Circus could have gaming tables.could have been cleaner and better way to sky tower .and need a pool That the row is easy to get to each of the casinos.
Disappointed Valet parking experience was horrible. One member was down right obnoxious when I tried to get a luggage cart to take to the room to bring my luggage down. I’d rather deal with the gypsies in Spain than this bunch. Nothing outstanding. Put off immediately with having to pay cash for valet parking, seemed a little shady.
