Old and rundown. The entire resort/casino felt old and rundown. It was available on short notice.
Bad Room was dirty The room was dirty it was not vacuumed, bathroom floor had blood ,dresser had white powdered substance I then asked the house keeper if she could clean it ,she started cleaning it with a dry towel she did not use the right chemical, I then went to her cleaning cart and grab some cleaning stuff and at the end I started cleaning the room myself .Come on Circus Circus you guys do better than that ....LAST TIME I STAY THERE
A so-so stay. There was hair on the bathroom floor and sink. There were used false eyelashes on the bathroom and by the bed. There was a corn dog stick by one of the beds and a q-tip behind one of the beds. My granddaughters had fun
They kicked us out for no reason
It was ok but over priced for not being very comfortable. They charged me more than the booking rate I was told. The fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable for my kids.
Good value wrapped around poor facilities. Very poor signage and access from the parking garage led us to the old registration desk where we met others experiencing the same issue of being unable to find the true registration lobby. Broken elevators without signage. Lots of stairs to negotiate with luggage. For seniors and/or people with any disabilities this place is a nightmare. Check in staff was basically unresponsive to our concerns. 1 and that's being generous. The value was there. Location was good. Room was clean.
I will pass on staying at this property and tell all our friends to skip staying at Circus Circus! It smelled of SMOKE despite being a NON smoking room. The coffee provided in the room was ONLY decaf coffee pods! It was VERY difficult to drive to Hotel entrance to register for our stay! Once parked in our parking garage ALL elevators were NOT working!!! We had to lug our luggage down 5 flights and up 5 flights to the Hotel entrance.
Disappointing got bit by bugs in room. hotel did nothing to compensate me
The staff needs serious retraining. Again, I wasn’t offered a breakfast. What breakfast? I wasn’t offered any.
