1st and last visit. I reported issues with room to no avail. It’s useless to talk to staff because they really didn’t care.
Won't return again. Property charging $10 per person to use the pool. The room smelled wet and musty and the air conditioning only cooled occasionally. Location was good

Very Poor The room was a long way from the front desk--through the casino and across the street. The aircon sounded like a tractor. There were also a lot of homeless people around and near the entrance. Most importantly, I had to pay a $41 resort fee that was not made clear when I booked.
Bad The rooms were dirty. We found someone else’s socks on the corner. The room was hot. The bathtubs filled with water when we tried to shower bc the drains were clogged. The kids like the arcade
Disappointing, but good for the value I guess. The whole property smells of cigarettes. They have designated the casino smoking area but people still smoke in other nonsmoking areas of the hotel. The walk from our room to the main hotel was miserable. There are parts of the hotel you cannot avoid stairs. Parking was confusing. Finding the sky tower was next to impossible. The levels of the sky tower were stupid you go to the 2nd floor to go across the sky walk thing to get to the main building. Just be prepared to walk A LOT... read more

years ago wife and I use to enjoy and fun here - never again !!! convention going on and food areas closed room was just OK- to much walking from parking to lobby to room and to many stairs
