Disappointing
Terrible stay with very poor sleep quality. Terrible terrible smoke smell in the room. Extremely incompetent staff - waited for 40 mins to check in. The self check in kiosk was totally mal-functional. Very old room facilities and bad quality. Location is fine. View is ok.

Disappointing They are letting this property go!! Looks like it is not being cared for anymore. I know it has been there for a long time,, but they are not keeping up with the property. It is falling apart. Location and price
aggravating, and made sure to remind me not to stay in Reno again The service The rooms. See top note. My room was nasty. I get there at 8pm, and walk into a room that was not cleaned by staff before giving it out. I called front desk and told me I had an extra 15-30 minutes to clean it. I was already tired from the trip. I came there to relax, not walk into a room no one bothered to clean. The staff there don't care...not like you can blame them. Wont make that mistake again.
Fees are absurd for what you get. FEES COST AS MUCH AS THE ROOM $100 stay turned in to $200 Beds hard. AC stopped working room was hot n had to have maintenance come fix. No freezer No microwave Horrible view
