The rooms could be better for the price and some water would be nice the ladies checking you in we’re giving waters out The rooms need to be comfortable the bed felt old and wobbly the tub was dirty the AC didn’t work in my room The casino’s right down stairs
Disappointing. At 4 am our keys absolutely would not work. All escalators were out of order and we had to walk back and forth the long way around to get new keys over and over again. The hotel was definitely Having trouble there were other couples locked out as well. Nobody wants to be locked out of their room at 4 am. Clean room.

Fair Downtown area really sketchy at all times of the day and night. The Indian run convenience stores in the neighbourhood.
