Awful Everything never ever ever again . NO CUSTOMER SERVICD E Shower head the rest of the hotel is awful Really gone downhill every year no investment not that cheap. I will never stay and bring friends there again ever. No sins explaining the miles walk to sky tower no assistance no workers no signs cheap bare minimum . Old dirty casino is ghetto. Disgusting and unpleasant .to cheap to do anything anymore there. I used to like it

Poor The hotel rooms weren’t really clean. Bed was torn, desk and platforms were dirty.
Probably will not ever stay at Circus Circus again Problems with the escalators, not working, and quit working in the middle of being on one and the signage for where the front desk was to check in. Also the parking lot or not marked very well either. Convenient to things that you wanted to do 
Had to pay extra The room they were giving us was a 10 minute walk not suitable for disabled can’t walk that far The bed
Not A No-Show They refused to honor my otherwise typically acceptable form of payment, which was Google touch-pay. So I was denied check in. This was not a no-show cancellation, so I now request and require an expedited reimbursement of funds assessed against my Visa account, on the ground that I never received lodging from their property in Reno. EVER. Not much actually.
