Disappointing In my room, there were three lamps two didn't work, and I said the air conditioner all the way down to 61 and I was still hot

Staff members needs to be retrained because the rim around the toilet was moldy. That is bad. Check in time was 3pm. I arrived after 2pm, and was told if I wanted to check in before 3 I had to pay $20. I found that ridiculous. At 3 pm the line was very long, and all those who were waiting in line talked about the greediness of charging an extra $20 to get into the room a bit earlier.
