Confirmations mean nothing & staff is rude Multiple staff members were rude. I had a confirmed reservation for a room with a single king bed and not only did I not get that I wasn't even told when I checked in that there were not any available and I would be given 2 smaller beds instead despite that being what I booked for and had confirmed in an email. Great value for downtown Noisy. Good value. Good location. NOISY.
If you’re looking for a hotel, that’s loud and noisy Circus Circus is the one for you The hotel was not handicapped accessible, unless you had security guards with you to open the elevators But the worst of all was the hotel itself. Very loud, I could hear outside noise and motorcycles, revving their engines in the parking garage, as well as Car alarms going off.. Not a relaxing stay. Location

Will never do business with this company again They won’t let you talk to the reservation manager, they send you to their corporate office and you can’t get a simple answer answered. I got covid and they haven’t refunded my money yet. I should have gone ahead and stayed and spread it around. Did not eat
