Very expensive for a subpar hotel. The hotel is getting dated and probably needs a complete renovation. They have attempted some updates in the room we were in but it was still quite run down and not very clean. Location and staff.

Disappointed. Maybe the other tower was better. It felt very dated. Didn’t like the kiosk checkin. Coffee maker didn’t work. No comforter for the beds, just sheets. Not enough towels for 5 days. Parking garage full of kids on skateboards. Wasn’t informed that the rates go up for Saturdays - very upset about that Close to downtown

Poor service and short handed Noisy refrigerator, long wait for elevator-not all elevators were working, pillow was uncomfortable-they wouldn't provide a smaller one, no staff to answer their phones.

I would've much rather stayed out of town and away from all the congestion. The 5 or 6 sets of stairs, 2 or 3 escalators and I couldn't count the distance between my room and the reservation desk was mire than my bad knees could stand. The bed was very comfotable.

Experience was in the middle. I was charged a "resort fee" but the pool/spa had been permanently close for awhile...it was a regular hotel really, not a resort. Also, there were paint flecks pretty obvious on the bathroom console and chips and stains on the bathroom sink. Upgrades in the room were nice, especially the blackout curtain screen. The maintenance and housekeeping staff did a great job.

Okay except for being put in the tower. Senior citizens should not be put in the tower. It was very difficult to take our suitcases up and down several flights of stairs. Since nothing was located in the tower, we had to walk long distances to eat, gamble and catch shuttles. Airport shuttle service. Registration customer service rep. Room size was nice. Water pressure great but the tub didn't drain fast enough to keep up.
