Beyond disappointed Very dirty. Parking garage smelled of urine. Inside casino smelled of body odor as soon as we entered doors. Our "premium luxury " room (#2222) was anything but. Room was very dirty. Hair all over bathroom floor. Big cockroach smashed onto bathroom door jamb. Cockroach feces all over walls. Shower and tub didnt drain properly and had standing water most of the day. My sons pillow had blood on it. Paid $700 for 2 nights. Never again. Fair Housekeeping never came to clean room for 2 days I called 3x
Be prepared to drag luggage up stairs if staying in Sky. Cheapest, reasonable place I could find. I did not like having to drag my luggage up and down stairs to get to my room, I tried to use the handicap / luggage lift and of course they were not working. I also liked the airport shuttle. I did like the easy food court.
Confusing, 3rd rate hotel with no contact with staff in a ghetto-like college dorm atmosphere—stay away! Very confusing check in; signage said no valet, but learned later there was valet despite the sign. Kiosk check in was long, only to be told to see an “Ambassador.” Where? No one identified as such. We had to drag luggage to what seemed a mile away up and down stairs. Walls were dirty, old, in disrepair.
