Big room, modern and clean but no noise insulation and the ac unit can be annoying the air-conditioning unit turning on and off noise kept me up at night. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The noise from the adjacent rooms were very loud, meaning the rooms didn't seem insulated at all or very thin walls. remodeled modern rooms

Horrible The bathroom was not clean. We requested towels 4 times with no result and had to call to speak to the supervisor. There was no hot water the first day. The Tran to take us to sky tower was down so we had to walk a long way up and down stairs with luggage to get to our room. The elevators were not working right so to line waiting for an elevator was extremely long. My friends key cards didn’t work the 2nd night for their room and after trying to get the issue with the front desk resolved multiple time with no result... read more

circus circus is a dump! no hot water. elevator did not work. we were on 11th floor. not enough staff at front desk. stood in long lines for service. location
It was okay, I wouldn’t stay in the sky tower again. We didn’t have hot water for 12hours, no AC in the sky tower walkway, there was a long line, 1/4 mile long, just to get into the elevators that take you up to your room, shuttle wasn’t working, if you have a stroller you have to push it up the stairs to get to elevators that take you to the rooms or use handicap lift, room wasn’t fully clean toilet paper was left on the floor and other debris, key card didn’t work so we had to get a new set of key cards while waiting with ... read more
Very disappointed and I paid extra for an upgrade. Hate to see what the rooms are like without an The room smelled stale and so did the bedding. It was very obvious the bedding hadn't been washed recently. Carpet smelled like stale cigs and feet. Just the location. Staff was rude and it was overpriced for drinks. Staff looked very unhappy and behaved that way!
