Disappointing We couldn’t get our room because the system was down and we were not compensated. We waited about an hour and a half before we got our key.
Fair Sky Tower is too far away, especially with no tram service. Not a lot.

Got a great deal on the room. Supposedly got upgraded upon arrival. If this was an upgrade then I fear what a standard r No pool, room smelled like bug spray. Lots to do without actually exiting the building
Stay wasn't bad but, it wasn't the greatest either. On day 1, I informed staff that shower head was broken. Entire time, no one came to repair it. Rooms do not have microwaves. Concluded that, that was to force guests to eat at restaurants on site. I became sick while there and needed extra blankets. Called guests services to request them and they were brought to the room within minutes.
Fair We had a long wait to check in, and the kiosks would not let me check in properly. The hotel was very hot. Only the lobby & casino area felt air conditioned. The rooms were stifling hot, with the A/C not running when we entered - even though we were expected, and it was very hot outside that day. We had to leave the room after turning on the A/C to cool things down. The hallways between the lobby & the elevators were very hot, as was the area for waiting for the elevators.
