Horrible initial experience. Elected not stay. Moved to another hotel. We cancelled the first night, and didn't even stay in our room (after reviewing it) once we checked in. It was filthy dirty. Not clean. Poor amenities and window treatments. Cheap. The hotel/casino wasn't any better. The "food court" was filthy. No one cleaning tables or the messes everywhere on the floor. Never again. It was false advertized. It wasn't a casino. It was a hotel with slot machines. No table games. No sportsbook. Also most food places were on limited hours. I can see no reason to stay with Ceasars again. The room was OK. Nice size and clean

Buena El aire acondicionado nunca enfrió la habitación
Not happy with trip. Reno is not the town it once was. Room was far away and had to go up and down stairs with luggage. Water pressure was low when showering, elevators had issues using keys, restaurants were closed, and so much more Nothing really
Poor Did not like the fleece blanket. Felt itchy the whole night! The view was nice.
