Very frustrating There was a line at the elevator. Every time I went to go to my room 20 people would be waiting for the elevator The elevator left me on the 19th I was staying on the 19th floor on the day I checked out the elevator with Stop you had to get the elevator going up… And go to the top floors and then come back down, but it would not stop on the way down 
Trying to put a turd back in my ass No trash in front of door, no food left in fridge from prior guests. TV remote didnt work and got hung up on for trying to remedy the situation the view had homeless people at the parking garage getting high and defecating and urinating. Overall would not recommend The mattress was quiet and nice
Disappointing The facilities were so hot, we had to manually take all our luggage up and down the stairs while going to our trim and also leaving. With three little kids, that was not easy.
It's super bad when we wanted to enter the room they denied us entry we had to sleep outside in the

Diappointed Room was too cold I could not reach the front desk with several tries over 2 days Room was way too far of a walk to get to the elevator then the wait for the elevator was extremely long every time. The room had a window screen for privacy but no curtains to darken the room. Very uncomfortable in the early morning with the sun beating into the room. Bell desk staff were very helpful and professional
Family afraid of the heights 27 floor and my family could not sleep cause they were afraid of heights. Alot of stuff to do
