Staff was not helpful Staff was not helpful. Elevators were down. The cost was too high for no staff assistance. Room was clean
Got up early and left. Too many homeless people surrounding the property. Not enough direction to the room or employees to help. All the kiosks were broken and only two employees to help. They were stressed!. Was a scary place to stay and we are not the only ones to feel that way. N/A nothing. Too many homeless and drunks around the property , couldn't walk on the streets.
Total nightmare I arrived at 2 AM. I had to wait 40 minutes for registration. The lady at registration gave me incorrect directions. I had to drive around 3blocks and then return. She gave me new directions to the other tower. The keys she gave me did not work. I had to returned a 2nd time. then she gave me a room in the tower where registration is. 1.5 hours to get a room. Bad The beds were completely worn out and the noise was horrible. Could not fall asleep since the beds were soo horrible. Noise and the accommodations just to walk to the room was not suitable for a senior disabled person. Felt unsafe and too far from everything. OK stay for a bed, shower, and explore the city. Not a complete hotel experience. Had issues with handicap accessibility. Numerous times the handicap accessibility lifts were broken that was just in a 3 day visit. Repairman were notified and were fixed, however, no alternative route. Did not like that a $45 a night room turned into $85 a night room with resort fees and taxes. Express check in was great with a little explanation from the express check-in specialist.
Ci ritornerei L'odore acre in alcuni ascensori e i cuscini troppo alti. I letti molto comodi e la pulizia della camera. Il parcheggio ampio e gratuito e i numerosi posti dove poter mangiare direttamente all'interno della struttura. In camera è presente una macchina per il caffè e tè con le capsule che vengono rifornite tutti i giorni. Presente anche un frigo. La vista dalla stanza.
