Unclean room and no help from staff Everything Room was in poor condition. In short it was dirty and not healthy
It was a pathetic experience I will never return and always like to warn people from going to this hotel 1.The card for the kids area are non redeemable which makes it so difficult and waste of my money. I will have to visit circus circus again to use my card? WTH 2.Not clear signage for different buildings 3. The checkin staff , there is no way they are helpful. Stay next door at Silver Legacy or the ElDorado, Circus Circus definitely isn’t cared about much at all. It’s snowing it’s age. Windows treatments were laying in the sill broken and not replaced. Bare mattress and box spring. There’s not much to like. There’s very little staff, I was hounded by homeless people for money on the casino floor, didn’t feel safe at all. Ready to leave the room when I got there. The staff in all restaurants, casino floor, arcade but mostly any food service employee just looked at you annoyed and had no emotion. I had asked to sit at a different table because I saw seating was available and she just went off on me in Spanish. The room also wasn’t as clean as I hoped. There were stains everywhere and the bathroom smelt like bleach. I liked where it was, and what they had going on.
