Fix communication The hotel is extremely large. We walked around from 20.min trying to find our room or someone to help us. The map given at the desk was completely useless it was an unlabeled grayscale squares with no legend. Someone lied to me. The reservation I made said my card would hold the room. It alsonsaid a deposit would be required. The day after the reservation $180 was taken from my account. I wrongly assumed that was the deposit. Bad Smell. Disappointed. Weird smell in the room.

Poor I didn't like the extra charge for arriving early, especially because the room was available. Entry doors and windows weren't clean. Not easy access to the tower.
Sky Tower is New but the Hotel is dirty and needs a facelift The hotel was dirty. It needed to be cleaned. The elevators were sticky, had trash in them and needed to be mopped. We stayed in the Sky tower and walking from check in to get to the Sky tower was a bit of a trek. There are stairs we had to lug our luggage down and up. At check in they didn't tell us this. Not handicap accessible. Too many stairs for my husband with heart condition and cancer. Everything Nothing
Not worth it. Staff shouting at tired guest trying to check-in, rooms not being cleaned even after sending in a request. rooms not what we ordered. Facilities not working properly, poor drains in the tubs, leaving you standing in dirty water. Did not meet any of our expectations.
It was good for an overnight stay. the multiple small flights of stairs before getting to your room It's location. The firmness of the bed was perfect for a goodnight sleep.
Casino - not recommended for non-smokers! No work desk, though. The carpets were old and damaged. Forced entry marks on the door. Furniture has seen better days. However, the worst for me, and the reason I will not be back to this specific Cesar's hotel, was the very heavily perfumed environment, especially throughout the entire casino, to not be able to smell the omnipresent cigarette smoke!!!
