Unhappy with our experience The beds were comfortable.
Unsatisfactory, will not return See above No breakfast, coffeemaker ok. Faulty keycards, long walk to rooms, faulty vending machines, slow internet, indifferent attitude at front desk, filthy air vent in bathroom
Bad The maid just walked into our room in the morning we had no do not disturb sign available. First time my husband was getting dressed and was naked and second time that morning she did it again I was getting out of the shower. I made complaint at front desk and she defended the housekeeper I told her we did not have a do not disturb sign to use. I will NEVER STAY IR RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!! Restaurant were bad
Mediocre. Overly crowded and loud. Did not get the room I reserved. I reserved a king room and was given a double queen room. By the time I checked in after waiting in a long line at the hotel desk and getting lost trying to find it, we were already late for a dinner reservation, so did not have time to argue about having the wrong type of room.

Slightly disappointed. Shuttle was not working. Everyone in the Sky Tower had to walk to the casino and food court.. Very upset for the rate I paid. !!!! Room was nice.
It was awful! they didn’t have the room I booked. blamed it on something else! not stroller friendly! elevators broke! didn’t get double queen beds we got doubles it was in all not a great stay I will never be staying there ever again! oh and then tried to charge me more money for a room I didn’t book! it was close to where we needed to go
