The bed was pretty uncomfortable and springy. The room was definitely not cleaned The cleanliness. The mattress. The convenience.
Disappointing
Atlantis would be your best stay, particularly if you are going to be at the convention center, Nearly everything! I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you had to walk up stairs, walk about 50 yards, walk downstairs (8 steps) walk a little farther, then walk up upstairs (10 steps, all this while dragging luggage) then finally walk about 50 more yards to the elevator - and wait sometimes for 15 minutes because that are slow are do not work. Maybe our expectations were too high No clear signage on where the rooms were. Shuttle was out of service which resulted in having to carry cases up and down a lot of steps. Booked 2 king bed rooms however we were told king rooms weren't available, despite only booking earlier the same day as check in. Sunday night the tables and a lot of bars seem to close early at 10pm. Free circus shows were advertised but we couldn't see any on during our stay. Disappointing Check in took way too long, key cards weren't activated. We just wanted to go to sleep and we stood in line for 45 minutes and there way only 1 family in front of us. Beds were very comfy.
Worst Business Travel Experience Ever. When we got there, the staff was rude, the elevators were broke and we had a handicapped person with us. They would not let us check in even 30 minutes early so she could hook her oxygen up. Would not get a wheelchair for her either. Told us we had to go get one from another hotel. Ended up having to front out another $3500 at another hotel last minute so we weren't stranded. There was nothing about our experience that we liked.
Disappointing Skytower shuttle was not working. Had to carry all our luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs to get to the elevator to our room. Needed another airport shuttle or two. Nowhere to get water in the skytower. Checked the gym and all 4 vending machines on the way to our room. Location was nice. Connection to other casinos. Arcade was cool, but closed early.
A waste of money.
Bad The staff was not helpful my suitcase was stolen when I got there in the lobby. could not understand why no one would not look at the cameras right at that time?? We were there for the bowling tournament had to go buy new clothes and everything. 🥲 Our names were in the suitcase. We were charged 2 charges on our bill from a restaurant that were not ours??
