Will definitely consider other options next time I visit. Food prices seemed high for quality of meals (portions were ok at least), room quality came nowhere close to matching expectations asked on nightly rates, staff seemed less than accommodating in certain situations. Location was close to what I was in town for.
The row has better options for a hotel . I didn’t appreciate to pay 148$ here on booking and 148$ at the front desk it’s just not worth the stay for one DAY! The vending machines did not work on floor 19 and the room service never picked up . The deposit does not get refunded they lie by saying it will automatically get refunded. When checking out they gave me this receipt with two movies supposedly bought in the room by me at 39$ so be careful how you watch tv. Disappointing There were no luggage carts or anyone to help us with our luggage. The steps from the parking garage to the street were slippery, and no ice melt. The escalators were not working. We had to use multiple stairs, which was very hard on our arthritic knees. We will not stay here again.
Horrible experience Had to carry bowling balls up and down stairs and long corridors. Not handicap accessible. Room was musty/stank. Reserved King bed but got 2 Queens. Staff was not friendly at all. Building not secure. One lobby completely unattended. Homeless people sleep on hallways. Terrible

Dirty and Lame it was dirty. the mattresses are awful. the sheets and bedding are filthy. It’s a rundown property. At least you didn’t have to go outside because the casinos were connected
the accommodations were clean upon arrival but the staff, namely housekeeping, was nonexistent. house keeping and the lack of communication between the staff. requests submitted and not fulfilled. The room and facility was clean
Saving extra travel funds for lodging elsewhere next scheduled bowlers tournament at the Nat'l Stadi Horrible required effort & time to get from garage parking with bowling equipment and personal effects to assigned room/reservation- with the difficult trip to the Sky Tower. Practical suggestion here.. RE-OPEN the closed reservation station near your employee parking which is very convenient to closer access to elevators & rooms in the Sky Tower, thus bypassing the horrid expedition through skywalks, too many stairwells, for... read more
