Fair my room smells cigarette. sky tower building is too far and confusing to navigate. kiosk at front desk for supposedly self check in don’t even work.
Fair There needs to better access from the registration. To south tower! The walk is horrible especially with luggage
How can I get a refund The room floor was dirty , got over charged from a 3rd party online, only one face towel , no microwave, it was a hang out for prostitutes and homeless and it’s a family friendly hotel for kids mostly, just a very bad and humbling experience
I made three simple request did not receive any of them. There is no security in the sky tower. The tram never works. There is no convenience’s in that part of the hotel. location is good.
honestly pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. this place sucks from check in I booked a premium king suite when I got there I was told it was a request and they couldn’t accommodate my room. sky tower was quite the walk without handicap access and at check out there wasn’t any bell service to help take my things. we had to make multiple trips the location was about the only good thing about our stay
I booked it I stayed—-but I wish for better of course The parking the walk to the hotel the walk to the room North Tower is inconsiderate and not luggage friendly The location is good
