Bad They charged my credit card the room was paid for before we got there. When I went to check in they told me nothing was paid for and I had to pay other $264.00.

Disappointing The bathroom door didn’t lock, someone from the hotel tried to get into our room, at midnight ‘, they moved someone before we checked in and that person left their charger and wanted someone from the hotel to come into the room and located the charger
Poor When I checked in there was confusion with directions tonthe Sky Tower. I was dragging luggage through the casino until Security helped me to get to the right place. Hiring check-in personnel that do not struggle with the english language may have helped. The room was ok. Bathroom was clean.
