Good for the most part There was no organization at the check in, when we got there at 3 for check in time the line was a mess and we had no idea where to go and no staff to help guide people. The lines were crazy and unorganized. it took us about 50 minutes to check in and about 15 minutes to get on the elevator up to our room in the main tower. I couldnt wait to leave. No room service, rooms were too far from the restaurants, casino, etc Room was clean
pretty miserable experience all the way around check in took almost an hour, smoke alarm was chirping when we got to our room, not very ADA compliant, had to wait in a 20 minute line just to get on an elevator to our room, signage inside and out is inadequate and what is there is not clear. not much

Disappointing
waste of money dirty premises and bad customer service dirty hotel and shuttle wasn’t working and the front desk sent Us to ski tower walking and didn’t disclosed that their shuttle was out of service
