Bad Outdated hotel,very slow elevator more than 60 people in line to go in elevator only 2 elevator working all guest check in one side of the hotel. Checking in on Saturday night long line it took 40 mins in line.Poor ventilation in the whole hotel. Carpet in the hotel,room and hallway is dirty and old.

Fair Check in line was too long. I waited over one hour. I did not eat any breakfast there because their line is too long. I went to somewhere else to eat.
Bad Everything! Took over 1 1/2 to get checked in. Staff stood around when they could have been helping. They need more elevators at least 15 minute wait to get elevator. Will be calling management to complain. Feel I should get refund. Was only able to get 4hrs sleep due to the load family next to us . The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing! Horrible service. Will never stay there again.
Disappointing
Hotel should accommodate for large crowds on holidays long waits for checking in and getting inside is the room. No stairs to take and took 30 mins to get on the elevator to get to the room. Long waits for food and entertainment. Hair on towels and shower in bathroom was kid oriented

very bad facilities very crowded, 1 hour for checking in line , 30 min waiting elevators just the view of my bedroom
