Bad everything 2 hour line for check in. 1 hour line just to take an elevator up to my room to drop off bags. double charged for my room through booking and circus circus.
When we arrived to do the check in there was a HUGE line of people waiting. Then to take the elevator it was the same. H The service, the check in The rooms were okay

Used to be good, now its a Circus Price, wait to check-in (took hours), the facility is pretty run down now. Rowdy drunk combative guests (not to us but to others). Not as family friendly anymore Not a whole lot. Its gone downhill after being acquired by a bigger business.
Disappointing Front desk took for ever to check in. 40 min . 2 groups of people left to stay at another hotel. The bell boys helped out alot
wasn’t pleased. our room smelt like pee, we could hear everything going on in the hallways and rooms next to us it was easy access to casino
