Rather go to best western. the staff was rude when asking simple questions. room was small and not very clean. the location
A near decrepit, cold and depressing hulk of a place Room was cold. Hot air heater was noisy. Nobody to help with carrying my suitcase. My room was in the Sky Tower and it was a gruelling journey from Registration Desk to my room. I am not young. The drinks machine did not accept cards so no soda for me that night! It is very easy to get lost in Circus Circus so supplying guests with a map would help. Vague directions from staff were simply inadequate.
