not going back might have had bed bugs definitely found several dead ones on bed spread there was an open conditioner left on the sink, they put me in the sky tower which was a very long very cold corridor away from any services and all services in the tower were closed as were half the restaurants and casino location easy in and out waitress for breakfast was very nice and on top of it

Not Happy, not worth the price! It being kids facility oriented casino resort - should have more kids activities....(the so called free circus shows is all bogus, we had to wait 1 hour for a 5 min show....there are multiple of those but again wait 1 hour for only 5 mins presentation; the whole midway arcades for kids are money looting, too pricey.).....also there were huge lines for check in time - there were extra computers in the reception, so they can have multiple staff in order to check in faster...the whole check in pr... read more

Fair the bathroom was not good. toilet didn’t flush properly. shower was ok
Not satisfied I didn't like being put in a smoking room with my kids when i asked for none smoking. I called the front desk several times to change rooms but no one answered. I was to far from the front desk to drag my kids from bed to get a new room. I didnt like the valet driving my car so crazy all my things were slung across my vehicle. I like the place with games for kids. But half the arcade was closed, and it was confusing on redeeming points
