stay somewhere else 2 hour plus waiting in line to register and get room this was unacceptable especially with kids. for the same rate book somewhere else. it was dirty we seen throw up in 3 different locations that sat their for more than 2 hours while we waited in line

Poor We were told where to park and to use the sky bridge. My wife was using a walker and I was carrying out luggage. We had a terrible time trying to find the elevator to go to our room. We even asked some employees for directions and even with there help, it still took us more time to get to the lobby for the elevators.
The pillow is too high, and the sleeping cervical vertebra is very uncomfortable. The noise of the air conditioner is too loud to rest well.There is long hair on the pillow. Hope to improve, thank you! Indoor environment is not bad.

Not good Room was not cleaned when we arrived.Towels on the floor toilet dirty, bed slept in, Not sanitized, waited in line to check in for 2 hours. Got locked out of the room in the morning, had to have sercerty let us back in room. Convenient to casinos, food, games , entertainment
