It was OK but it definitely wasn't worth what I paid for. The transfer trolley wasn't working, dragging luggage up and down the stairs to get to the towers was difficult. There was no luggage dolly to help with carrying all of my families luggage. A lot of the building needs to be updated. The maintenance on the air conditioners need to be more frequent, I pulled the filters to make sure they were clean and the layer of dust was pretty thick. It was good enough, not worth what I paid Air conditioner filters were filthy so I rinsed them off for CC, the shower tub didn't drain well, alot of the hotel needs to be updated, the bathroom didn't have any soap or wash cloths. The hotel needs to offer luggage dollies, my family had a lot of luggage, I had to make multiple trips back and forth up and down the stairs because the trolley that goes from tower to tower was out of order.
i wish I stayed somewhere else! the room didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign & housekeeping came into room at 9am, no knock, no holler, and checkout is at NOON! the AC / heater was loud. the mini fridge was broken
Disappointing
Disappointing time it took to register for room. Location
SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! would not give me my money back on my reservation even though Booking .com asked CIRCUS CiRCUS to EVERYTHING. Long line for check in!!!!! Hours long. Casino was 80 degrees and absolutely no draft beer, towels were covering all draft beer nothing, could get checked in the line to check in was HOURS long after 4 hours in line, 830pm we left the line and went to Silver Legacy who were happy to accommodate us.
Poor
This Hotel will put your family in danger by leaving drugs in the room you will stay in. Stayed here for a Family Weekend trip, what a mistake that was. Had 2 joined rooms and all seemed ok. Until my 2 year old found HEROIN in on of the room drawers. The staffs response was abismal, from straight ignoring the situation, to making us wait an hour to speak to a manager! I waited a month to write this review as to not be fully emotional! And guess what no response from the hotel nor even a refund for putting my children at risk... read more
