Disappointing The noise of loud adults and screaming kids Friday night and Saturday night floor above us sounded as if they were doing remodeling and jumping. Beds were very hard. Some of the staff was not friendly. Best friendly person was in the with all the Xmas stuff, Juan or something., He looked Hawaiian.. Pretty Awful! The filter in the heater/AC/air ventilation system was filthy. You could visibly see bits of something white and balls of gray fuzz in the vents. Air coming into the room use passing through that! the outside window was sealed so we couldn’t get any outside air. The whole hotel feels old and grungy. in the hall between the casino and the Sky tower there are places where light fixtures have been removed and loose wires are dangling from holes in the wall.
