Poor Problem with the keys It was clean
Disappointing It took 40mins to check in, had to lug our bags up and downstairs to the tower as the monorail wasn’t operating. Air-conditioning in the room was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv and had to sleep with ear plugs in, whilst we could have turned this off we’ve never slept in a hotel room where this has been an issue. We tried unsuccessfully to arrange laundry service however they couldn’t provide us with clothes bags or laundry slips despite it being an available service. Fair Too long of walk to room. Stairs and shuttle not working Restaurants
Bad Whole entire room was poor and didn't like anything about it and wouldn't stay even if room offer was free. Didn't like anything about the place.
Over priced for what I got! Check in was long and uncomfortable. Lots of guests complaining in line. Got a room in the tower furthest from the strip. Long walk and stairs just to get to parking. No tower shuttle running. Price for 3 nights over $400. Not really a bargain The location is great. It allows access to the other casinos where I spent most of my time. Bathroom was good, bed was comfortable.
Poor Service I left my sweater and charger in the room.. after checkout when I contacted the property, immediately they said they didn't find anything.. not sure if they even checked.. poor service.. It was a disappointment.. I'm 200% sure I left my sweater in the wardrobe.. but they didn't help me get it back.. Location
