Disappointed Coffee maker was broken and no replacement came. TV didn't work, no connection to satellite. Spacious and view

Disappointing At arrival only one person was working the front and there was a big line. When it was finally my turn, my reservation couldn't be found.once I arrived on my room, there was an stain on the carpet and the wallpaper had writing on it. The casino area was clean and did not smelled like smoke. Hallways we're also clean
