I/we wouldn’t want to stay here again. First, their staff should go through some training for hotel hospitality. The person I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. They should inform guest about how the elevators are to be used/operated. Also, direct guests in the right direction of where the elevators are located and if there’s a shuttle that can bring them there. It was so inconvenient that we had to carry our luggage down stairs and up stairs, for a hotel! 🤦 As for our hotel room…the room was clean the beds were comfo... read more
