Disappointing
Bad customer service I am so disappointed thatI was charged multiple times for the same stay. I provided my credit card information and now I am having trouble getting a refund. I am truly sad that this happened. I have not been able to resolve this issue and they are not willing to help me. I was excited to spend time with my family on our vacation.
Fair
would not stay here again. Staff was not friendly in trying to resolve the issue. It was an overall mess due to booking through booking.com and arriving to be told that the booking is only a request and not a guarantee even though you choose a room.
Disappointing

Poor We had stand in line for an hour to check-in. All the self check-in kiosks were out of order and they were understaffed. The shuttle was not working most of the time and we had to walk a great distance to get to and from our room. The room had not been vacuumed, the shower did not drain properly. Bare minimum housekeeping. The escalator in our tower was out of order. Will not go back. The location on the Row is good.

Very Poor it took nearly 2 hours to check in hotel after traveling over 2 hours and directions to the room sky tower were not explained right, wasnt the only one seeing 2 other couples lost in elevator as well and paid top price I want to say room was 247$ def will not go back there again
