Disappointing I book for deluxe king, they give me double queen, room and sheet not clean, bath tub water not drain well. Staff not friendly when I check in. I avoid all after.
Fair THE SKY TOWER is very far away from the rest of the casino/hotel area. The Shuttle was out of service my entire stay and the front desk neglected to mention this.. I arrived after midnight armed with a 50lb bag and after I was far too invested in the walk to the sky tower I found 2 separate flights of stairs and no elevator or escalator. Very Poor There was nothing open in Reno to begin with. During our stay, we had to request multiple times to get toilet paper for our room. The shower was drain was clogged and would back up when you took a shower. Only two to three restaurants were open on the ROW at a given time. There was no KENO during the week. No Shows. There was a shooting outside and homeless wandering inside the hotel. We will NOT be returning to RENO. The power went out for several hours during out stay. Very tired and run down i was placed in a room that was dark, dirty and ancient. the AC unit was deafening and i thought likely to fall off the wall at any given time. After calling back to reception, i was moved to a much better room - it wasn't even comparable. The bell staff were rude saying they would only take my bag if it wasn't dirty and then limited me to the numbers of items i could leave. What do you do when you are traveling solo?
Won’t stay again do to hidden fees in the room charge Double charged for my room and there were many hidden fees turning a $49 room into a $149 room. Shame on you people N/a
