Poor that after I checked in and went into the bathroom. There was blood on the toilet and floor. Boogers on the walls. Carpet felt dirty. The tower I was in if you wanted to carry your own luggage after you got off one elevator. You had to carry it up stairs just to get to another elevator. the lady bellhop was super nice. Oh and they did send someone to clean up the blood in the bathroom after I called 20 minutes after check in.

I will never stay here again The power went out for over a hour. the gift shop never opened. there is a plethora of homeless people roaming around the casino area it was inexpensive
Upset at being charged twice, won't book more than one room again. I booked 2 rooms and my friend and I BOTH got charged for the room. And machines Not in the arcade were all out of order or they needed the arcade cards which were all blocked off. I did enjoy the view and the suite.

Won't be back. Everything very expensive. Slots very tight. Food extremely expensive. Road noise, toilet not working correctly, no hot water in shower in am. No microwave. Very few channels on TV. Room comfortable

Disappointed Older Guest Registration not adequately staffed at checkin . As single older woman having to pay upgrade for room in same bldg as casino rather than being across the street. Very clean
