not a great experience monorail to sky tower was down and no one said anything at checkin! we had seniors who are handicapped with us and they basically couldn’t leave the room because the walk was to far! shower was nice
Good Environment isn’t the same as how it was 5 years ago.
Fair Checking in, they wanted $40 to check in before the time which made all stayers stand in line for over an hour just to check in. I tried calling the 800 number and got a lady that didn’t speak good English. She asked me to repeat everything I said multiple times. Bad experience. I won’t be staying here again!
this was the third time , and probably last time I will stay here for this event. the front desk customer service is not good. I was not advised there would be no housekeeping. I had to call twice for items I needed. I was not given good instructions to find my room. The room I had booked smelled like an ashtray and I had to settle for a lesser room. I paid extra for VIP parking and when I returned my space was occupied. No comp given for that. location to the event

Never again! My wife used the ATM machine in the lobby. Her debit card was hacked for $2,700 with what we think it was a card reader. The manager from the hotel was no help. This issue still isn't resolved. Hanging with friends. Could have had more fun in south lake tahoe.
