Fair At the time of check-in the person who checked me in was not helpful at all didn't even tell me where my room was. Or a heads up on any event going on in the hotel . The restaurant is the breakfast we really enjoyed, it was a little pricey.

מלון מאכזב ומזעזע דבר ראשון , כשקיבלתי את החדר , שאלתי איך מגיעה לחדר שלי. מסתבר שיש חדרים שנמצאים במקום שנקרא sky tower שזה בצד השני של הרחוב וזה הליכה ארוכה ומסורבלת, מדרגות להעלות, מדרגות לרדת , הליכה ישר, עוד מדרגות, ועוד עם המזוודות- פשוט סיוט. ובכלל, שהייתי צריכה משהו מהקבלה, ואף אחד לא ענה לי בטלפון, הייתי צריכה לעשות את כל ההליכה המייגעת הזאת. כמה דברים נוספים שהתאכזבתי מהמלון- 1. המקלחת- מזעזעת. המים לא מספיק חמים, והזרם פשוט דפוק , הזוי, ולא נוח. I really felt this place had a lukewarm value and wouldn’t come back unless improved Not much in customer service, no luggage carts no one really cares the food is not a good value at any of the restaurants that I could see, everything was just take take take I had a member of my family meet us here and that was fun, but really nothing was a good value especially when adding the “resort fees” the facilities are way outdated and aged. Very disappointed! Coffee maker didn’t work, vending machines didn’t work, to noisy, no grips for handicap in showers.
Definitely a Circus getting around.... We had no map to tell us how to get to our room. It took an hour of wandering around the facilities to find the right place and the elevator wasn't explained either. Our fridge didn't work and we had no microwave. The room had been recently remodeled and staff was incredibly polite...if not always helpful.
If you pick the cheapest place don’t expect the best value. For starters the early check in policy even when rooms are available is to charge you $$$. So you come back to check in and the line is longer than a Disneyland ride. I stood there for 40min… yes I timed it. If you stay in the Sky Tower section it’s a hike to your room. There are no services such as coffee shop, gift shop or even staff in that building. Came back in one night from a walk and it actually felt like I was walking through a abandoned hotel. Very Poor Our door lock didn't work. We reported several times and ran to the reception several times but the door could only open with security. We wasted so much time, and energy.. and the price is super high for the quality.
