Bad weekend We were charged more for the room than what was quoted. on our reservation was told we would be in north tower only to be shoved off to the sky tower which with my bad knee the walk about killed me. Then the smokey conditions do to the fires coming thru the vents in the room causing my wife to have severe panic attack requiring that we leave early the next morning. To take her in to the ER. Ugh… We checked in went to our room…then did some gambling. Came back to our room where our key turned the lock green. The key wouldn’t work. Had to walk to other tower to lobby they gave us a new key. Went back up new key didn’t work…ugh. So called security which took a while for them to come to the hallway. They were so nice. But couldn’t get in our room with master key. So now we wait again for Mechanical. By this time it’s been two hours of waiting. Staff gave us another room in main tower…BUT new room had two beds. Poor The riom was above a shuttle train that ran all night long and made tons of noise The room was spacious and clean
Worst customer service imaginable Staff did not allow my travel companions to access the room and refused to contact me despite the fact that my colleagues proved the were with me by providing screenshots of our booking details, room number, confirmation number, etc. I was asleep when they arrived so they were forced to get another room. Unethical. Manager promised to waive some fees but so far I am being charged MORE than full price.

Wished we would have stayed somewhere else. I was quoted a price of $194 for the night with $100 damage deposit that I would get back in 2-7 business days. The following credit card transactions are showing on my credit card. $152.20, $143.65 and $91.79 that was just charged yesterday 3 days after my stay. Poor housekeeping, leaving laundry in heaping piles in hallway, bathtub wouldn't drain no remedy. Piles of Laundry on 26th floor at 745 at night, no cleaning staff around. embarrassment. Bathtub was clogged, wouldn't drain. When i called the next day to complain, I was told it is a 24 hour hotel and i should have called earlier. Very poor character on behalf of Circus Circus. Requesting partial refund. Cheap rates easy check in.
