Bad I got bothered by staff twice , first time it was at 9 am By a guy, it was not the cleaning people, second it was the same guy, but I did put the no bother door card

Will not stay again. Room was disgusting Room was dirty, stains everwhere, and pubic hairs in bathroom all over the place
Bad room rent Room floor was sticky, no ice available , rate was outrageous. Not worth 3 star rate ? No eateries open. Stay was a total disaster
Not worth the money. Drive the extra hour and go to South Lake Tahoe. Not sure where to begin. The super confusing parking structures, which are not very tall - beware if traveling with a rack on the top of your vehicle. No visible security cameras. The towers where you stay are not labeled from an outside view - no map given and no instruction from the check in desk. We took a guess with where to park, got the the room after walking for 30 minutes to see that we parked in the wrong parking tower. No luggage carts. Smells li... read more
