Summer 2022 Have a pool for the kids can't be the only hotel for kids really and no pool. The room is out dated sheets,covers, and my towels were not clean... kids had a great time at the arcade and the valet parking however they were nice and helpful.

I wasn’t happen and that started at check in The wait time to check in was unacceptable. If I wasn’t meeting other people there I would have canceled my stay. Should have been staffed better for the busy weekend. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean like it should have been the floor was dirty. Upon check out I should have requested a discount and this was my first time ever staying at Circus Circus . I don’t think I would ever returned because of this and the room was very over priced and the room wasn’t worth it at all.
Not good We get there park in front for valet parking and the guy didn’t do told us to go out take a right and you fine that started our trip and then we alway stay in main building for high view send us to some sky area witch not want it wasn’t we’re we normal stay very upset plus we didn’t we’re to take to the area they weren’t helpful for that and front lady said if didn’t wanted there that I had to pay more that’s very poor service doesn’t want to go there again
it was ok but not satisfied it wasn’t clean it looked like they never even touched it up location is good

Find another place to stay. The registration was a complete and total nightmare! As was the drive up to the registration doors. Cars everywhere, no one directing drivers as to where to go/park for the registration/checkin process....just stacks and stacks of cars. No one at valet for 15+ minutes. Check in was litterally 125 to 150 people deep!!! My reservation was completely paid online before I got there, but they charge me another $130+ dollars!!! Sky shuttle to room towers out of order.
