Fair One of the beds appeared to have dirty sheets. The line for registration was nearly out the door (a 30 to 45 wait). At one point there was a long line just to get on the elevators. The bed was comfortable. Good location for what we were there to see. Free parking.
Stayed here a few times and this was my most disappointing experience The floors were not clean at all. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor that wasn't even my hair color so I know it was already there. And you could tell the carpet wasn't vacuumed either. The room was big and the bed was nice
Alright but needs more staff. The hallways had laundry and garbage. it appeared when they cleaned the rooms they just stuck everything “laundry and trash” including alcohol bottles outside the rooms. Trolly was not running so we had to haul all of our luggage to the furthest tower and back for our stay. Price
all in all it wasn’t terrible. if we come back to Reno, we are most likely not gonna stay downtown. it was a maze inside. trying to navigate it was kind of difficult. the homeless would come in and harass me on the gaming floor. not much
Disappointing
Bad room was dirty when I arrived in the room nothing
Very Poor Room was located with a window that overlooked a Goodyear Tire Store. But worse, at night Circus Circus turned on bright red and blue lights which flashed into our window. Tub would not drain well either. I feel we were out into one of the worse rooms in the hotel.
Fair The air conditioner was so loud when it comes out it woke us up all night. There was no anti slip mat in the shower, I almost fell. The shuttle wasn't working and our room was so far away. The room was updated and spacious.
