Fair The first room we were given had a red stain in the carpet and a baby bottle found by the bed with curdled up milk that was turning green. I don’t think the cleaning staff thoroughly cleaned the room. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating by giving us a room with a better view. That room was clean.

Fair dishonest about the charges
Fair The hotel is run down. Rooms are basic at best. Common areas are dated and dirty. The coffee shop in Circus Circus was closed. Restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday. You guys closed the Hash House and there really isn't a good replacement. There is no pool at circus circus. but they charge you resort fees to use their fitness center and in room wifi. Fair The bathroom was not clean. There was gunk on the rim of the sink, and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. I think that housekeeping should take a little bit more time cleaning the rooms and less time on their phones and dancing around in the rooms they are supposed to be cleaning. The room had two beds for our family, and it had a nice view of downtown Reno.

Very Poor Shuttle not working. Pool not working Connected rooms
Will not probably visit again. Make it easier to understand pricing on bookings.com. I stayed on Monday and Tuesday. A lot of places where closed. Gift shops, restaurants and such. Hot water in shower.
