Less than perfect customer service and costly. Amenities, noisy AC The room at Sky Tower has a noisy AC that I had to change my stay to the main tower (which was better). Before I reserved my stay, I called the resort to confirm amenities. I was told the pool at Silver Legacy would be accessible for my use as a Circus Circus guest. Up on check in, I was told Circus Circus guests will not have access to the pool. I had to make a reservation at silver legacy so my kids will have access to the pool. Price paid at Booking.com wa... read more

Underwhelming, overpriced, and inconsistent. Upon check in, even though I had paid for both of the king suites for our group, one of my guests had to come in to show her ID, which was inconvenient. The tub was clogged in our room on the first night, and was only fixed because my husband (who used to be a plumber) had to fix it because we couldn't get an answer from the front desk. Disappointing Baby was sleeping in stroller . From the main entrance to our hotel elevator/hotel, it wasn’t stroller friendly. We had to carry the stroller ourselves. There was no ramp walk way. Asked security to come help unlock the ramp access, waited forever but no one came. Very disappointed in service and accessibility to get to room. Would not stay again.

Just ok. We was lost trying to use the elevator; and nobody at the registration explain how to use the key. Random people stopped and explained how to use the elevator. Plus we forgot a brand-new beach towel and bathing suit when we leave, called , they referred to another number "lost and found" they told me that they had nothing reported... and I have to go to the web page and bla bla...just got bored and give up, can't spent all my morning trying to recover my belongings. Very disappointed that housekeeping didn't reporte... read more
