Consider paying $15 extra to stay anywhere else The place has never been upgraded since it opened 70 years ago. Not very clean either. The staff doesn't even know where each of the hotel elevators are. nothing

It was OK. The hotel us old. They have 2 towers and going back and forth is no easy task. Staff was Great! Room was clean.
Not at worth what I paid N/A This experience was not all a good one. Over charged me tremendously and had misleading photos for a suite room online. Not accommodating even charged additional fee for a pull away bed. Staff not helpful there was stains on sheets and even a used condom under bed. Someone even stole my kids prizes while at the Row (kids arcade area) Again this was probably the worst experience Ive ever had while in Reno probably won't return.

Too much walking Beds were very hard. And the location of the room sucked to get to. We were in the sky way tower. Shower is nice
Not what I had hoped for Espectations were higher. Found some one else sock on floor of the room also room#1101 the hair dryer did not work due to the electrical plug in was not functioning no power from plug. Air conditioner was quite slow to cool room had trouble sleeping.
with all the hotel fees and other cost and lack of cleaning my room, were the main issues, also lack No service, did not clean my room once, ran out of towels, Was able to get a last minute booking
The staff were helpful but the infrastructure and available services weren't. This place is not accessible. The parking garage situation was confusing. Mother is disabled, and ordering room services vs. having to go upstairs to the eateries is not convenient. Food ordering app was not helpful. We finally ordered food from Pizza place to be delivered, but my parents don't eat this normally. The staff tried to be accommodating by walking us through the online food ordering app.
