Disappointing
You need to ask a lot of questions before staying there. I was put in the Sky tower which means you have a lot of walking and stairs to manage with rolling luggage. No one told is how far away from everything these rooms would be. We didn’t find out until the day we left that there was a tram that would take you part way to the sky tower. A lot of the amenities were closed during the week only open from Saturday to Wednesday. Needed a hotel in Reno. Had one of our worst hotel experiences ever. But nice shower massage. The smell, the noise, the flashing lights, the confusing signage, the fact that there didn’t seem to be any outside, and the bad drainage in the shower/bathtub. It exceeded my expecations in the sense that expected it would be a bad experience and it was even worse than I expected.
