ok stay, the bed was not very comfortable. Internet was basically useless, the door loose but functional, the coffee machine not working, when I called guest service manager to tell her all those, she blamed me for not telling them earlier and not knowing how to use the coffee machine, come on.. Bathroom is big and clean

Fair Our room we booked was apparently sold out so they gave us a different room and we were not impressed. Staff did not inform us of this they just gave us keys and when we arrived in the room we found it to be unsatisfactory and when we called to ask about the room change the staff was very rude and told us there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. Good location

Disappointing Very loud at night/too noisy. Crying babies and cat alarms. Walls way too thin

Wasn’t pleased at all with reno No luggage cart upon arrival we had to make several trips to get our luggage in. We asked for towels and pillows and never received even after we asked more than once. Room was clean
