Just okay Shuttle not working I'm 55 years old 4 knee surgery made lt very difficult to get around
Would not stay there again. Rooms hard to access and get baggage too. Directions were poor to none. Signage poor. Casino had nothing but slot machines. No breakfast available at Circus Circus. Had to go somewhere else.
front desk was rude had to call managers such a bad experience elevators always packed and jammed they have it all so we don’t have to drive out anywhere
Bad Carpet throughout dirty and smelly. Cleaner used in casino made my eyes water and nose run. Couldn't stay inside for long. Front desk unfriendly and rude. Overcrowded, loud and uncomfortable hotel. Maid service was wonderful. Paid top $for a room next to the elevator! Changed rooms and was better but air vent is broken in shower and was coming out of the wall. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Checked out 3days early. No pool! This hotel is for kids. Not adults.

disgusting found condom on the side back of the bed and was not been checked or cleaned. my experience was not good. i spoke with the front desk manager and they couldn’t cooperate with me, they said sorry it’s too late but you in already you can’t get the refund. nothing

Fair the room next to us had kids that were yelling all night and continued to knock on the joining door ( the parents were smoking weed and it was going into the room and the halls
it was ok except the bites I had at nite. I had bed bug bites thru the rest of my stay. filed a complaint.
